Ana Mossa

Ana Mossa brings her extensive real estate Internet recruiting expertise to your Job Coach consultation. Ana has a successful 16-year track record in the recruitment of professionals, and executives, and understands how recruiters search, and what it takes to move your resume to the top of an employer's search results. At SelectLeaders, she also performs searches for the firm's ProSelect and Contingency recruiting products. Prior to this, Ana served as Research Manager for Equinox Partners, the senior executive search firm focused on the commercial real estate industry, and sister company to SelectLeaders. Ana will critique your resume and related material from an Internet perspective to get you selected, and also from a successful Interview approach.

Earlier in her career, Ana was a Search Associate at IMCOR, an executive search firm focused on interim executive placements, where she developed highly effective search and research practices and methodologies. Ana holds a BS from the University of Madrid in Spain and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Betsy Barrett

Betsy Barrett has specialized for the past decade in Internet recruiting and networking to successfully execute Executive Search assignments for Equinox Partners on a national level in real estate, technology, hospitality, tourism, sports, media and entertainment. She is well-versed in a broad range of functional areas, including: development, acquisitions, operations, marketing/PR, leasing, and asset management. Betsy brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry and will help you focus your resume and related material, as well as your job search, to target specific niches.

Earlier in her career, Betsy was Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in both its Los Angeles and Washington, DC offices. Betsy holds a BA from Colgate University and is pursuing her Master's degree at George Washington University's School of Business and Public Management. She currently serves on several Boards of Directors and is a full-member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
