Commercial Real Estate Co seeks Commercial Asset Manager and Leasing Professional to assist with Retail/Office only asset management and leasing matters, including, but not limited to, FINDING NEW TENANTS FOR RETAIL CENTERS IN CALIFORNIA thru hands on direct call marketing basis, handling lease renewals, bidding and completing tenant improvement and Cap X work, analyze budgets, perform site inspections, oversee property managers, review operating statements. SELF STARTER... GO GETTER… Salary negotiable. Minimum of five years experience as in house agent for owners with an emphasis on national and regional retail and office tenants.
