Negotiates new leases and renewals; lease assignments and amendments for assigned region and/or accounts.Participates in marketing campaigns and promotions for attracting and retaining tenants to minimize vacancies and improve tenant mix.Prepares forecasts and maintains budget to maximize overall profit.
Education, Training and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years experience in commercial leasing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
