Specifically, audit responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the review and performance of the following:

RRG's main goal, regardless of landlord and/or property manager type, is to audit and analyze all charges incurred to ensure compliance with all pertinent lease provisions, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP"), real estate benchmarks, marketplace standards, legal precedent and the intent of the parties.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, time management, communication, writing and computer skills.
- Candidates must have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads, work independently, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Candidates must be intuitive with strong problem solving, analytical, financial and audit skills.
- Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate, lease contracts, property accounting and finance, building operations, industry conditions and property management practices.
- Candidates must have experience in interpreting leases, financial problem solving, expense benchmarking, cost modeling, analytical thinking and development of audit reports.
- Candidates must have exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving abilities and possess experience in successfully detailing the intricate financial aspects of building operations.
- Candidates must have the ability to examine complex leases, analyze expense categories for reasonableness and accuracy, validate annual escalation statements, prepare variance reports and create and maintain audit work papers, supporting schedules and cost models.
- Minimum of 3 years of lease audit, finance, commercial real estate, property management and/or corporate services experience required.
- CPA, MBA, or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance preferred.
- All applicants must have previous experience working in a fast paced, professional environment.
- Individuals must be technically advanced with an expert command of Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a detailed working knowledge of databases.
