Project Manager - Ciminelli Development Company, Inc.

Ciminelli Development Company, Inc., a premier full-service real estate company located in the Buffalo, New York suburb of Williamsville is seeking a Project Manager.  Candidates must have an AAS or BS degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture and 5 to 10 years related experience.  Candidate should be LEED certified or be willing to become certified.  Project management experience in the area of medical campus, office, or hospital projects preferred.  Candidate should understand the design build concept – in particular preconstruction (building size, shape, function, as well as building position on site and surrounding impact) and building programming (understanding the clients needs and how they will impact the building design and functionality). Candidate must be able to work hand in hand with the architect.  Knowledge of AutoCad, Contract Manager (Expedition) and Microsoft based programs is required.  In addition to a competitive base salary, an outstanding benefits package will be provided.  Relocation expense reimbursement may be considered for the right candidate.
