The responsibilities of the Project Manager include assisting the Regional Property Manager in directing and coordinating interior construction, facilities and administrative project management activities in the Philadelphia, PA area.  The Project Manager provides coordination of the build-out of interior office space and supervision of company personnel, vendors, and contractors.  The Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the preparation of and adherence to the project budget; project record keeping and status reporting; and timely completion of project.  The Project Manager keeps exemplary relations with all tenants, clients, vendors and maintenance personnel by providing outstanding internal and external customer service.  Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.  Seven to ten year’s related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.
