Community Manager

Multi-Family Residential Community in the northwestern Chicago suburbs has an exciting opportunity for a talented Community Manager with 5 years of property management experience or equivalent experience. Qualified candidate must be a self motivator, capable of working independently and as part of a team and have a proven record for building and leading a strong team. Must have extensive experience with all aspects of daily operations including preparing, implementing and adhering to strategic and budget plans, overseeing leasing and renewal functions and ensuring policies and procedures are within established standards. Solid verbal and written communication skills are required. Outstanding computer skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new programs; experience with Yardi is a plus.
