The Position...

Waterton Residential is seeking exceptional Leasing Specialists at two of our premiere Chicago Communities, River North Park and One East Delaware!  Qualified candidates should be familiar with leasing practices and procedures, community and resident relations, and should possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.  Job duties will include: meet, greet and qualify potential residents, show model(s), inspect units, assist with move-ins as needed, and maintenance of resident records. Yardi background and leasing license preferred.  Weekends are required.  Waterton Residential offers a competitive salary structure with commission potential, along with a great benefit and 401K program.
