Project Manager 

We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for acting as a client representative for all aspects of the assigned project, and working as a liaison between departments and third party suppliers to ensure project delivery to the customer.  Projects will vary in size and scope, requiring the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.   

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience directing mechanical work, and 3 years of hands-on experience in building mechanical maintenance operations and supervising multiple buildings on multiple sites.  Must also have demonstrated experience in managing clients, vendors, consultants, and other third parties; strong communication, organizational, and persuasion skills; and a proven financial and budgeting acumen.
