HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE

Mobilitie, LLC is currently seeking an HR Representative to join our Team in Newport Beach.    Mobilitie is the largest privately held tower company in the United States.  We currently own thousands of wireless sites throughout the US and have offices in Newport Beach, CA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; and Bellevue, WA.  We are the fastest growing private owner of wireless assets, including owning the largest fiber based wireless network in the United States.

This position directly supports the Director of Human Resources in all departmental activities.   The qualified candidate will have a high level of discretion including a confidential demeanor.   This position performs as being the standard role model for the Company relative to dress code, communication and professional conduct.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Semi-monthly payroll processing and monthly reporting
• Monthly Benefit Administration
• Recruitment Management including maintenance of personnel requisitions and job postings
• New hire and termination processing
• Departmental filing and compliance
• Special projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Human Resources or similar supporting role, finance background highly desirable.
• A flexible, can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability.
• Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands. 
• The qualified candidate will have the ability to make independent decisions and will be personable and friendly on the phone.
• Prior experience with ADP Pay Expert strongly desired, with strong technical skills in Word and Excel applications.
• Previous experience with high volume recruiting a plus!
• The ability to adapt to an intense, ever changing environment.
