Investment banking firm headquartered in NYC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and talented rainmaker and dealmaker to raise JV equity for large commercial transactions for both our principal and our advisory business. Individual should be an established deal maker with excellent equity contacts including established contacts and relationships with high net worth individuals, overseas investors, family trusts, hedge funds, etc. Guaranteed compensation from both self-originated deals as well as from placement from "house" transactions.
5-10 years commercial real estate experience.
