Loan Originator

Well capitalized, growing commercial real estate firm entering the commercial mortgage lending market seeks highly motivated loan originator.

Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing lending opportunities;
• Analyzing, underwriting and conducting due diligence on lending transactions; and,
• Participating in structuring and closing lending transactions.

The successful candidate will have meaningful, significant experience in commercial real estate debt transactions involving office properties.
