Description:
F100 client seeks a strategic Business Development Director that will be responsible for leading and inspiring cross-functional teams in the development of tailored, integrated solutions based upon identified customer needs to win new business as well as retain and expand business with existing accounts.
In working with global customers, this creative and dynamic leader will develop compelling, end-to-end service delivery solutions as a partner to and extension of the customer, optimally positioning the Company in the marketplace. Through a rigorous assessment of customer needs, the Business Development Director will become the customer’s advocate by serving as the solution architect - creating an unparalleled value proposition and demonstrating service excellence.
Education: An undergraduate degree is required, with a preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering majors. An MBA degree is highly preferred.
Professional Qualifications:
· A minimum of ten years experience of increasing responsibility with companies providing outsourced service solutions to a diverse and global customer base
· Strong skills in sales, marketing and solutions development - understands the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and how to translate customer needs into profitable service offerings
· Established track record in identification and execution of successful go-to-market strategies that have resulted in increased market share, top line growth and enhanced profitability
