Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager - Western Region - Rhodes Associates

Rhodes Associates has been retained to identify and recruit a Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager based in, and covering the Western US. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage separate account relationships.
• Ensure that the portfolio is properly designed to meet client objectives.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for each asset in the assigned portfolios including buy/hold/sell, financing and capital improvements.
• Provide hands-on oversight over the asset management team.
• Provide oversight over all significant transactions (i.e. acquisitions, dispositions, financing, etc.).
• Facilitate financial reporting and investor communications.

Attributes:

• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on real estate portfolio management experience.
• Prior experience working with pension fund clients.
• Experience with all of the major asset types including office, industrial, retail and multi-family.
• In-depth understanding of property operations, leasing and financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree required.
