Rhodes Associates has been retained to identify and recruit a Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager based in, and covering the Western US.
Responsibilities:
- Manage separate account relationships.
- Ensure that the portfolio is properly designed to meet client objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for each asset in the assigned portfolios including buy/hold/sell, financing and capital improvements.
- Provide hands-on oversight over the asset management team.
- Provide oversight over all significant transactions (i.e. acquisitions, dispositions, financing, etc.).
- Facilitate financial reporting and investor communications.
Attributes:
- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on real estate portfolio management experience.
- Prior experience working with pension fund clients.
- Experience with all of the major asset types including office, industrial, retail and multi-family.
- In-depth understanding of property operations, leasing and financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree required.
