To coordinate all digital marketing efforts for the seven different divisions within The Bozzuto Group.

 

This position will report to Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing, who will prioritize the Vice President / Director’s responsibilities.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may change as needed:
  • Work closely with SR Vice president, CEO and Executive Team to create digital marketing strategies and tactics for The Bozzuto Group and all of the Bozzuto-related brand positions (i.e., Bozzuto Management Company, Bozzuto Homes, Bozzuto Construction, SalesMark, etc.)     
  • Project management of specific web initiatives, collaborating with multiple internal and external partners and agencies
  • Coordinate approvals of brand visuals, website schematics, display banners, rich media, and other creative assets with appropriate staff members
  • Make recommendations and adhere to best practices within the digital media space across multiple platforms including online creative, website development, social media applications, and mobile including QR codes
  • Must be fluent in social media applications like Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter including the mobile versions thereof
  • Candidate is responsible for managing digital content distribution and online promotions in conjunction with other external teams
  • Work to provide monetization efforts of brands portfolio while creating cross company synergies and efficiencies 
  • Effective in joint meetings and brainstorming sessions. Can come up with compelling relevant ideas and gain support for them amongst the group as a whole
  • Drive SEM / SEO strategy
  • Ensure that creative/marketing materials are in line and support the campaign demographic and relevant behaviors
  • Participates in new business presentations and responsible for the delivery of marketing plan including media schedules & budgets of all proposals to clients
  • Communicates to clients latest industry’s findings with regard to digital marketing and e-business and client’s asset findings
  • Ensure clients’ expectations are being met with digital marketing
  • Oversees customer satisfaction surveys / reviews for B2B and B2C
  • Sets direction and marketing strategy and assists in supervising Marketing Managers in project marketing
  • Responsible for client/project/brand strategy and problem solving and identifies new strategies and campaigns
  • Sets, communicates and trains The Bozzuto Group’s interactive marketing approach including trainings for social media marketing efforts
  • Participates in hiring of Marketing Managers
  • Accountable for quality of work produced by Marketing Mangers with regards to interactive marketing
  • As advisor/mentor to Marketing Managers provides leadership, sets team expectations and analyzes results                    
  • Responsible for obtaining appropriate market, industry and out of industry research for interactive marketing strategies and tactics
  • Help lead and direct advertising strategies, agency initiatives, plans and programs for the organization
  • Develop interactive marketing plans for BMC and BHI properties
  • Oversee and direct all advertising as a service to each department. 
  •  Provide advice and direction to ensure consistency of each message in relation to our strategic marketing direction
  • Advocate and spearhead market research within each department
  • Centrally coordinate and provide preliminary market analysis research where appropriate
  • Produce new corporate website Bozzuto.com  and maintain corporate website plus property websites
  • Maintain constant communication with business unit leaders to ensure alignment and agreement to interactive marketing plan, as well as execution of plan
  • Manage advertising agencies as needed
  • Develop and revise collateral materials to relate to interactive marketing
  • Monitor, track, recommend & execute media buying
  • Analyze media trends through Lead2Lease, Call Source,  Level One, Vaultware, UFollowUp and Google Analytics
  • Manage the marketing transition of takeover properties Set-up and monitor calling accounts (Call Source, Level One)
  • Create individual property websites within the Content Management System
  • Identify, recommend and implement new digital trends in the industry
  • Other related marketing projects as needed
