Due to growth we are looking for a Director who will be responsible for optimizing Epicor’s 60 locations on a worldwide basis. 

 Responsibilities  ·         Responsible for real estate negotiations and decisions worldwide.·         Provide senior management with strategies and information to make decisions.·         Track facility costs and benchmark against industry standards.·         Develop and implement worldwide standard policies and procedures for facilities. ·         Coordinate with local office management to provide optimal service and efficiencies.  ·         Prepare project budgets and track expenses. ·         Identify excess capacities and sublease or recommend additional uses to management. 

 Requirements / Experience ·         Ideally, the candidate will be located in the Irvine, CA area.

Exposure to corporate real estate on a global level ·         Understanding of lease terminology and negotiating points  ·         Familiar with project management and construction terms. ·         Understanding of facility programming and infrastructure needs. ·         Negotiation of large and small leases as well as subleases. ·         Familiar with building systems (MEP) and can evaluate problems and provide solutions.
