Prestigious multi-family housing REIT is seeking a REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER. You are a Manager who effectively communicates with all levels of staff and management as well as lead, train and motivate your staff. You understand creating business goals and metrics and executing plans to meet those goals. You must have the excellent ability to schedule staff and vendors at multiple sites and train your associates in these skills along with managing capital projects, optimizing maintenance operations and expense control. You understand the importance of holistic care of the assets through preventative maintenance and emergency response. You understand that outstanding customer service is essential!Minimum of 5 years exempt level capital improvement and maintenance supervision requiredSkills: HVAC certification (or able to become certified within 30 days of employment) Advanced knowledge of scheduling apartment turns and work orders Knowledge of general carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general building envelop assemblyMust demonstrate:Excellent management, communication, financial control and leadership skills Must be computer literate (Yardi preferred, Excel and Word savvy), have strong analytical skills, proven customer service track record along with business mathematical skillsCurrent driver’s license and auto insurance required.Bachelors Degree desirable
