Loan Sales Producer - Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.

We are currently seeking a senior level Broker (or Producer) to join our growing Loan Sales group.

Individual’s primary focus will be on calling regional, community and money center banks, CDOs and other holders of commercial mortgage notes as well as the marketing and sales of such notes. The ideal candidate will have established industry contacts within the banking industry, but must be also be willing to prospect and cold call potential customers including banks and other financial institutions marketing HFF’s Loan Sales services.  

Leadership skills, academic excellence and strong commitment to team environments are key attributes for this position. Experience in a commercial real estate debt investment or financing position with a real estate investment company, investment bank, commercial bank or mortgage or investment sales brokerage firm preferred.
