As a growing privately held owner/operator of multifamily assets nationwide, we’re seeking to add an Underwriting Analyst to our team.  

 

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of commercial real estate acquisitions/asset management/financing (e.g. debt/equity origination, underwriting, etc) experience.

 

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Fully underwrite on average 2-3 deals per day. 
  • Perform in-depth market research
  • Conduct exhaustive due-diligence including: land ordinance analysis, rent/sales comps, utility expense analysis, etc  
  • Interface with governmental bodies including tax assessors to understand and mitigate tax risk on both acquisitions and assets within the current portfolio
  • Analyze performance of assets within the portfolio and prepare annual business plans for each asset
  • Interface closely with operations department
  • Assist in the preparation (including writing) of loan and acquisition packages sent to outside stakeholders
  • Assist in transactional management including the order/review of: third party reports, title, etc.  Ensure information is disseminated properly during an acquisition.

  • Degree from top-school.
