We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and energetic candidate to assistant the VP of Property Management with the day to day management and operations of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Administration -
Maintain Tenant Lease Files, Project Files and Vendor Files with appropriate documents, certificates and correspondence.
Assist with general office duties as required.
Operations -
Tenant Phone Calls and Requests – Respond in a timely manner.
Maintenance and Repairs – Supervise service vendors and ensure that the properties are properly maintained
Accounting / Financial –
Accounts Payable - Reviewing invoices and coding as required.
Accounts Receivable – Review monthly tenant statements and collections and complete and process Tenant Bill-backs.
Financial Reporting – Assist with Operating budgets, Monthly Re-Forecasting, Ownership reporting and Expense Reconciliations.
Marketing / Leasing –
Assist Leasing Team with marketing and leasing of the properties.
Assist with new Tenant move-ins and Tenant move-outs.
Construction / Capital Improvements –
Tenant Improvements – Assist with coordination as required.
Capital Improvements – Assist with coordination as required.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years direct experience in Commercial Property Management required. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Possess strong written/oral communication skills.
