CoStar Group is the leading provider of information services to commercial real estate professionals in the US and UK. We are searching for a Sales Manager to lead our Bethesda, MD Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex tasks involving the coaching, counseling, and administration of the Bethesda telesales operation. Primary responsibilities include ensuring achievement of assigned revenue goals, developing assigned sales staff, providing feedback to management, ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines, and recommending changes and modifications to same. Interactions include working with peers on the inside sales team, coordinating with field sales team representatives and managers, and teaming with training and other sales support functions. The Inside Sales Manager is a critical element in delivering frontline sales results and customer and employee satisfaction. Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year telesales experience, 2�3 years preferred. Previous supervisory/management experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The ability to conceptualize complex principles. Proven telesales skills and the ability to coach and share those skills with others.
