Director of Property Management

We’re seeking a Director of Property Management who enjoys hands-on problem solving, pleasing customers and leading a team of professionals. In this position, you will have bottom line responsibility and accountability for the performance of the Property Management department; including Senior Property Managers, Property Management Assistants, Staff Accountants, Accounts Payable personnel and Maintenance personnel. The role also includes significant interaction with the other departments within NAI Realvest as well as senior management to achieve unified company goals.

The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic, an in-depth understanding of real estate accounting, experience in commercial property management, a working knowledge of the various property management software packages available and has managed diverse work teams.
