Real Estate Investment Company focused on Healthcare sector with over $1 Billion portfolio is looking for Sr. Corporate Accountant to join our team in Scottsdale. Successful candidate will hold a BS/BA in Accounting and have a strong technical knowledge of US GAAP. Must have 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience for a public company in the real estate industry and knowledge of practical applications of ERP and other business software. MRI experience is preferred. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and good communication skills. Responsibilities will include General Ledger, Month End Close, Consolidations, Financial Reporting and Analysis. The Sr. Corporate Accountant will work closely with property accounting group for corporate consolidations and account reconciliations.
