Position Title: Senior Property Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Property Management services within assigned properties and geography
* Manage day-to-day operations of a large industrial portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet
* Interface with the brokers to ensure the execution of the leasing strategy for the portfolio
* Negotiate lease renewals
* Perform all duties as required by specific leases and the continued performance of Landlord services
* Ensure that the repair, maintenance, and service operations optimize short and long term operating costs and maintain the integrity of the asset
* Oversee & coordinate the tenant improvement & construction projects with third party contractors
* Coordinate showing of space to prospective tenants with leasing agents
* Coordinate tenant move-ins and orientation
* Interface daily with tenants and respond to tenant inquiries and issues
* Manage vendor relations including negotiations of contracts as needed
* Maintain positive tenant relations
* Assure that appropriate insurance requirements are in place for all properties
* Inspect Properties at least twice a month
* Serve 3-day notices, rent increase notices and all other notices as necessary
* Perform additional job duties as requested
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel and ability to analyze financial statements and related data
* Knowledge of MRI or similar property management software package is a plus
* Must have at least 2 to 5 years experience, or preferably more
* Exceptional customer service, organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and supervisory skills
* Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
* Must be self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
* Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
* Must be detail oriented and should demonstrate superior time management and multi-tasking skills
Compensation
