Property Manager - First Beverage Realty Partners

The primary role of Property Manager includes the maintenance of all data related to the industrial assets we own and manage. This will include implementation and maintenance of Yardi’s lease administration tools, as well as hard copies of documents related to tenant occupancy. This team member will also work with the VP of Acquisitions on transactions in-process and matters related to renegotiating leases and completing tenant improvements.

Specific roles will include:

1. Lease Administration and Billing;

2. Lender Reporting;

3. Preparing Annual Property Budgets;

4. Tenant Relations; and

5. Work with VP of Acquisitions on new transactions.

 The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of property management experience with an extensive knowledge of Yardi management software. A college degree is greatly preferred, and CPM designation is a plus.

Other skills include a strong knowledge of MS Office Suite software, an accounting background and a general knowledge of industrial construction. Limited travel for site inspections will be required.
