CBRE Multifamily Capital Inc. is seeking a Multifamily Underwriter with 2 - 3 years multi-family underwriting experience to work within the Fannie Mae DUS group.
Primary responsibilities include reviewing and preparing field underwriting submissions for loan committee and investor submission.
Other related tasks include credit and real estate analysis, processing incoming exhibits and preparing final delivery of investor packages.
Some travel required.
Skills
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic along with strong written, verbal and analytical skills, must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient in MS-Excel, Word and Office.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in finance, accounting, economics, real estate or other related subject.
