Vice President, Property Management - Conshohocken, PA

National shopping center company with approximately 100 million square feet of GLA in 39 states seeks a Vice President of Property Management for its mid-atlantic region portfolio.  This position is responsible for managing all aspects of real estate operations for approximately 13.3 million square feet of community shopping centers in six states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, New York and Delaware.  The position is based in the Conshohocken, PA regional office, and the candidate will be responsible for the supervision and management of a team of property management professionals located in the Conshohocken office and in satellite offices throughout the region.  A comprehensive knowledge of leasing, accounting, legal, budget preparation and control, tenant coordination, and property management is required.  The candidate must possess excellent communication and supervisory skills, a BS/BA in business or related field, as well as a minimum of ten years of shopping center management.  CSM certification preferred.  Travel will be required.  Computer efficiency expected - experience with JDE a plus.
