Property Manager - Ciminelli Development Company, Inc.

Ciminelli Development Company, Inc. is searching for a Property Manager to provide on and off-site property and facility management activities in the Western New York/Buffalo area.  The Property Manager assists with the efficient implementation and management of company and property related policies, procedures, and cost controls, as well as performs routine inspections of the properties to ensure proper operation of building systems, maintenance, code compliance, and tenant satisfaction.  The Property Manager coordinates with the Vice President of Property Management, leasing, asset management, risk management, and other operations personnel to prepare and analyze property pro forma and operating budgets, maintain safety standards and proper documentation of accidents and property damage, and, provide tenant services.  The Property Manager keeps exemplary relations with all tenants, clients, vendors, and maintenance personnel by providing outstanding internal and external customer service.  Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.  Five to seven year’s related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.  Please submit resume and salary requirements to sstruzik@ciminelli.com.
