Mobilitie, LLC is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Team in Newport Beach.    Mobilitie is the largest privately held tower company in the United States.  We currently own thousands of wireless sites throughout the US and have offices in Newport Beach, CA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; and Bellevue, WA.  We are the fastest growing private owner of wireless assets, including owning the largest fiber based wireless network in the United States.

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, communications, and marketing to drive the Collocation business for Mobilitie.  The Marketing Coordinator is a primary liaison for programs, activities, and events focused on sustaining strong customer relationships and managing Mobilitie's brand.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop functional requirements for website enhancements for collocation business
• Responsible for report development, monitoring and analyzing website statistics
• Coordinate and attend industry conventions and events
• Assist with project management for marketing distribution channels while tracking and monitoring effectiveness
• Assist with concept development and layout for design of marketing material

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in a Marketing role, including developing and implementing marketing programs and materials.  Prior telecommunications experience a plus!
• The qualified candidate will be a creative thinker, problem solver, and will take responsibility while demonstrating personal integrity, honesty and a strong professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as acute attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required including exceptional written and oral presentation and communication skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SalesForce and Adobe Illustrator a must! 
• Domestic travel is required up to 25% of the time.
