MUST BE BASED IN LOS ANGELES:

Wanted: Seasoned shopping center manager for approx. 224, 000 +sf property in distress.  Appropriate candidate requires extensive experience in overseeing an onsite management company for City of Industry area shopping center in such circumstances. Experience in loan restructuring and workout, entitlement and land use regulation, litigation and dispute resolution a must. Proven experience in successful management of tenant conflict issues necessary.  Receivership experience a plus.  The ideal candidate shall possess the experience and a demeanor suited to accomplish the myriad tasks above quickly and effectively. Monthly compensation negotiable with a portion of the compensation package deferred. Extensive references necessary.
