Acquisitions Analyst- Post Investment Group

 

Job Description:

 

This is an opportunity for someone looking to join a growing real estate investment company focused on the acquisition of multi-family projects throughout the United States.  Post Investment Group is a real estate investment firm based on the Westside of Los Angeles that is actively acquiring value-add, core-plus and distressed properties.  We are seeking a qualified individual to become an integral member of the company. The individual will be involved in all aspects of the acquisitions, disposition and business development component of our increasing real estate portfolio.

 

 

Duties:

 

  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting on all aspects of identified investments
  • Assist in the sourcing of on and off market real estate deals
  • Maintain relationships with real estate brokers
  • Assist in the due diligence and closing process

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Related Preferred.
  • 2 plus years of comparable experience.
  • Ability to perform in depth financial analysis.
  • Overall flexibility. Given the small size of the company this individual may from time to time be involved in duties beyond their job description.

 

Abilities:

 

  • Exceptional analytical and financial skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Argus
  • Can prioritize work and has excellent time management skills
  • Works well on own with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills; builds effective relationships

 

Other:

 

  • This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA and will offer the qualified candidate with competitive base pay along with performance bonus and benefits. Some travel will be required.
