Senior Real Estate Analyst/Underwriter

Real estate investment banking firm headquartered in NYC is seeking experienced real estate analysts and underwriters to work on a consulting basis in both our principal and advisory transactons group.  Candidates working in our loan sale advisory group or principal acquisitions group must have the ability to analyze commercial real estate loans for sale and/or acquisition. Strong financial/analytical/modeling skills with a proficiency in Argus & Excel, highly developed verbal and written communication skills and DCF modeling. Team player with experience in fast paced, profitable environment.
