The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management is the oldest such program in the United States.Offering undergraduate, graduate degree and Executive Master's degree programs,the Franklin L. Burns School at the University of Denver is one of the largest entities within the Daniels College of Business, thus providing a concentrated business and management education for the real estate and construction industries.The University of Denver's Burns School is the only one of its kind in the nation.No other program combines real estate and construction management with all three degrees in a college of business.
