About:

The Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies was established in 1965 by the Connecticut General Assembly for the purpose of providing professional and practical assessment of real estate issues in Connecticut, the region, and the nation. Through education, research, and outreach efforts, current issues and future concerns in real estate are identified and analyzed. The Center serves as a resource to government and business and, at the same time, trains highly skilled individuals for all segments of the industry work force.

Core Focus:

  • Offers an undergraduate program in real estate.
  • Offers an MBA Concentration in Real Estate
  • Offers a PhD program with a concentration in Finance, which is the department in which real estate is situated

Program Highlights:

Undergraduate program offers an impressive internship program for students in their junior year that can be redeemed for credits.
