The Master of Science in Finance and Real Estate (MSF&RE) program offers students a rigorous and intellectually sophisticated framework for analyzing decision-making while preparing students to be significant contributors in developing and providing leadership to new and continuing businesses, non-profits, government agencies and other organizations.

  • Graduate Degree Programs: MBA, MSF, MSF&RE, MSA, MST, and Dual Degree program options including MBA/MA, JD/MBA, LLM/MBA, and Graduate Business Certificates

Program Highlights:

The program focuses on skill development, particularly with Argus and Excel. The MSF&RE program allows individuals to excel in finance positions in areas such as Asset Management, Mortgage Markets, Property Management, Development, and Corporate Finance. The Kogod School of Business has been ranked by some of the top publications in the United States. Additionally, Kogod has recently been ranked in areas of both Finance and Real Estate.
