University of Florida real estate courses and degree programs are housed in the Warrington College of Business Administration (WCBA), Department of Finance, Insurance & Real Estate (FIRE). The degree programs and activities are supported by the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a real estate concentration has been available at UF for over 50 years. In the traditional two-year program, students generally take their elective courses, including real estate, during their second year of study. A one-year MBA Program, designed for students with an undergraduate business degree, is also available. Courses in the real estate concentration are a unique combination of theory and practice that will significantly enhance your real estate education and develop your professional skills.
Industry interaction occurs through many channels including [the] mentoring program that partners graduate students with members of the Bergstrom Center's Advisory Board, participation in the Ring Distinguished Speaker Series, numerous field trips and company visits, and interaction with members of UF's Friends & Alumni of Real Estate.
