The undergraduate real estate program provides the student with an analytical foundation and a firm understanding of the areas of real estate finance, investment, and valuation. The major in real estate is directed toward students planning a career in real estate brokerage, leasing, mortgage lending, investments, management, appraising, or development. The MBA program is designed to improve an individual's ability to make real estate acquisition, management, and disposition decisions. Upon completing the program, the student should possess the ability to analyze the complex real estate environment using their strong technical skills and increased understanding of real estate markets.

Program Highlights:

The University of Georgia's Real Estate program offers students the chance to simultaneously earn money, obtain experience, and gain crucial practical knowledge. All real estate majors are strongly encouraged to join the Real Estate Society as soon as they become departmental majors. Membership in the Society not only makes the student eligible for scholarship awards, but also entitles the student to submit a resume for inclusion in the departmental resume book.
