About:

Founded in 2005, the Jeffrey E. Smith Institute of Real Estate operates within the Department of Finance of the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Its mission is to provide educational opportunity in real estate to students of the Trulaske College and to members of the professional real estate community. The real estate emphasis is for students contemplating a career in real estate investment, property management, mortgage banking, or associated fields.Students electing the real estate emphasis must be accepted into the BS BA with emphasis in finance and banking.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Real Estate

Program Highlights:

The college's business and accountancy programs are accredited by AACSB International - the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Less than 10 percent of the world's business schools have achieved business and/or accounting accreditation from AACSB.
