A real estate integral at UC is flexible and broad based, while emphasizing an entrepreneurial spirit. It combines a core curriculum covering the functional areas of business (accounting, economics, finance, information systems, marketing, and operations management) with specialized coursework in real estate. Graduates of the real estate program go on to various careers including brokerage and leasing, property management, urban planning, corporate real estate, land development and construction, real estate financing, appraisal, asset management, market research, and feasibility analysis
