The UQAM Real Estate Division offers undergraduate and graduate (MBA) programs that serve the needs of the real estate industry at the local, national, and international levels. The program received the Real Estate Educators Association's Most Outstanding Education Program award in 1990, and shares the international reputation of its Business Administration School.

UQAM's Real Estate education program is recognized provincially and nationally. Successful completion of the Certificate courses (10) grants professional accreditation to practitioners in the industry by the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), and Quebec Assessor's Association, leading also to the recognition of numerous employers, and professional organizations. The executive MBA program in Real Estate supplies professionals with the expertise and insight required to prosper in today's global markets.
