About:

The South Carolina Real Estate Center's primary purpose is to enhance professionalism in the real estate industry through applied research and dissemination of information on real estate issues. An Advisory Committee, composed of leaders in the real estate industry, advises the Center. An important function of the Committee is to identify significant and timely issues, determine priorities, and allocate resources. Through a grant program, the Center sponsors research projects on those issues and disseminates the results through a variety of means as a service to the real estate industry. Future plans include specialized executive education courses and conferences on topics of special interest to the real estate industry.
