About:

The real estate program of the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business is supported by the Real Estate Finance & Investment Center as a specialization for currently enrolled business students. Students must first be admitted to the MBA or BBA program at UT. The academic focus of the real estate program is finance & investments as applied to commercial real estate properties, and includes asset valuation, capital market studies, equity & debt financing, and actual commercial case studies with numerous guest speakers from real world practice.

National Real Estate Challenge, Real Estate Career Day, Real Estate Career Mentoring Program for students, REIT Competition. In April 2008: McCombs MBA real estate students won 1st Place at the NAIOP ""Texas Shoot-Out"" Case Competition in Dallas
