About:

The real estate program of the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business is supported by the Real Estate Finance & Investment Center as a specialization for currently enrolled business students. Students must first be admitted to the MBA or BBA program at UT. The academic focus of the real estate program is finance & investments as applied to commercial real estate properties, and includes asset valuation, capital market studies, equity & debt financing, and actual commercial case studies with numerous guest speakers from real world practice.
