Qualifications and Experience:
•Associates Degree required, BS/BA preferred
•Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office platform (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
•Working knowledge of office equipment, computers, phones, and printers
•Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
•Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and complete projects
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to take direction and follow assignments
•Team-player
•Self-starter
•Hands-on attitude and approach to responsibilities
•Ability to multitask in fast paced environment

Responsibilities:
•Include, but are not limited to:
•General administrative support: file, copy, organize, mail outgoing orders, maintain inventory, order and stock general office supplies
•Extensive Outlook contact organization and editing, maintain contact lists
•Organizational projects on a need-basis
•Answering phones, coordinating mailings, providing support
•Organizing and scheduling meetings
•Develop and maintain filing system
•Supporting event coordination for events hosted by the Company
•Ad-hoc administrative tasks
