Redwood is currently seeking to hire an Acquisitions Analyst to assist the acquisitions team in sourcing, underwriting, valuing, and closing the firm’s investment transactions.  The analyst will also support the firm’s asset management and disposition functions as needed.  This is a great opportunity to grow with a young, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm looking to continue its fast-paced growth.


  • Create and utilize financial models to underwrite prospective acquisition opportunities
  • Model hold/sell/refinance scenarios and various JV/partnership analyses
  • Analyze market data including operating fundamentals and comparable rent/sale data
  • Assist capital markets initiatives by analyzing various debt and equity financing scenarios
  • Maintain and update acquisitions pipeline           
  • Participate in property inspections and market tours
  • Prepare presentations and written investment committee memorandums
  • Analyze and monitor property and portfolio financial performance
  • Evaluate property capital improvement programs including costs/benefit analyses

  • Experience in the multi-family sector is preferred


The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or related field and have 2-4 years of related experience (real estate, investment banking, and/or private equity).
