Savills Studley a Junior Broker/Reseacher for our Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ office.

Support Transaction Managers in the following capacities:

  • Compiling background research on landlords, tenants, and market trends to support lease negotiations.

  • Working with local representation to secure market comps.

  • Participate in assembling materials for strategic account meetings.

  • Assist in day to day responsibilities including drafting and analyzing financial analyses, proposals, strategic deliverables, etc.

Facilitate Accurate and Comprehensive Market Reports specific to clients’ needs generally to include the following:

  • Analysis of Industrial, Office, and Back Office Product of a Specified Area

  • Communicate with Building Owners and Brokers to confirm information on properties.

  • Maps, Photos, Property-Specific Literature and other Collateral Materials

  • Site Plans

  • Floor Plans

  • Rental Rate Confirmation

  • Offered Allowances

  • Expense Methodologies and Actual Historical/Budgeted Costs

  • Parking Ratios, Costs and Allocation of Spaces

  • Additional Third Party Parking Locations/Costs in Proximity

  • Amenities in the Building or Project or Surrounding Area

  • Landlord/Ownership Information/Landlord Intelligence Reports

  • Complete Disqualified List of Properties on All Reports


  • Diligent analysis of on and off market opportunities to meet clients’ needs.

  • Providing market analytics for clients as requested.

  • Facilitate and produce reoccurring strategic deliverables for clients as requested.

  • Coordinate and schedule market tours.

  • Ongoing market data reporting integration into business intelligence platforms including but not limited to stacking plans, lease comparables,, and market trends

  • Complete ground searches where necessary

  • Work with local brokers to obtain necessary information to meet client specific needs

  • Interacting with Economic Development organizations to gather information

  • Working with Internal Research personnel to run hot spot reports, drive time mapping analyses, stacking plans, along with demographic studies and other client directed deliverables
