Qualifications and Experience:
•Associates Degree required, BS/BA preferred
•1 to 2 years’ real estate customer service experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Yardi experience a plus
•Detail oriented, strong organizational and problem solving skills, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively
•Candidate should be a proactive, motivated individual who can complete projects with minimal supervision
•Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate with tenants, other departments, and service providers if necessary
•Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team environment
 
Responsibilities:
•Maintain and develop strong positive working relationships with tenants
•General administrative functions as they pertain to tenants and the building’s operation
•Track Tenant responsibilities for maintenance and communicate with Tenant to confirm the work is complete.
•Preventive Maintenance Planning for Landlord and Tenant.
