Swift Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support Swift’s Portfolio Management team while lending support to our Chairman.

Position Summary:

As the “go to person” in this exciting position you will support Swift’s Portfolio Management team where you will interact frequently with Swift’s investors, while also lending administrative support to the Chairman.  In this hybrid role you will utilize your stellar business administration skills and administrative expertise to handle the following: 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using PowerPoint, prepare impressive Investor presentations

  • Event planning and overseeing Swift’s annual Investor Conference and “Friends of Swift” investor event

  • As Swift’s Ambassador and point-person for investors, extend a high-level of customer service in promptly responding to investor requests to ensure a positive experience

  • Prepare marketing packages for Swift’s investors

  • Facilitate the execution and distribution of critical investor legal documents such as K-1’s and other correspondence in addition to maintaining legal documents

  • Ensure legal documents such as Subscription Agreements and investor correspondence are delivered to investors in a timely and accurate manner, including confirming Subscription Agreements are returned

  • Using your amazing organization skills, oversee and create a system for maintaining critical legal documents such as Subscription Agreements

  • Track investor requests and ensure such requests are responded to in a timely manner fashion

  • Provide support to Swift’s Chairman for travel and calendar management; event and meeting coordination; and high-level touch to investors

  • Maintain Swift’s investment management portal, Juniper Square, to ensure vital information is accurately stored and maintained

  • Manage the Master Fund tracking sheet to ensure it is maintained and updated with detailed information for Swift’s fund raising efforts.This calls for excellent attention to detail and heavy investor interaction

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following:

  • A minimum of 8 years of AA experience

  • Prior experience working for a investment firm and/or in a legal office preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field of study

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact at a high-level with Swift’s investors

  • Strong team player capable of providing results under tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills; solutions-oriented

  • Proactive with a focus on working independently and results-oriented. Take-charge go-getter!

  • Amazing organization skills
