As a Market Development Manager, you will work as a part of a team whose role is to drive growth and adoption of the CompStak platform with commercial real estate brokers, appraisers and researchers. The role is an opportunity to join in a junior account management capacity, with growth and mobility for high performers. 
 
We prefer recent college graduates with up to two years of experience who are based in New York and have a strong interest in technology, commercial real estate, and business development.

Required skills and experience::
 
The Market Development Manager should enjoy speaking with people, reaching out to new prospects and collaborating and working on a team.

She or he should be exceptionally organized and be self-directed when necessary, but also flexible and willing to take direction from her supervisor.
 
Most importantly, the manager needs to have persistence and grit while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
 
This role entails:
 
*Supporting a Director of Market Development in generating and nurturing leads, and managing the relationships with existing members.

*Serving as the primary point of contact for users that you onboard and making their CompStak experience extraordinary
 
*Identifying the commercial real estate players in your team's assigned regions and booking at least 50 in-person meetings or remote demos per quarter with potential CompStak users (CEOs/managing directors, individual brokers, appraisers, researchers, analysts etc.)
 
*Attending conferences and traveling to other cities for meetings, on an as-needed basis.
 
*Working with our team to resolve 99% customer service requests within 30 minutes
