Job Description:

Our client is seeking to hire a highly-motivated, dynamic individual to join as a senior analyst or associate who will be based in NYC.  The senior analyst or associate’s primary responsibility will be to support the company's acquisitions and asset management efforts, and will also be expected to assist in other areas of the firm as necessary. 

It’s an excellent opportunity to work with senior management to source, underwrite, and manage new real estate investments at an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, cutting-edge firm. 


  • Support development of the company’s investment strategy.
  • Oversee the due diligence/underwriting process on potential new investments.
  • Prepare Investment Committee memorandums for new investments and participate in presentations to the Investment Committee.
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
  • Execute/oversee business plans for new investments.
  • Assist with capital raising presentations and other investor relations requests.  



  • Excellent undergraduate academic record; no MBAs
  • 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Preference given to previous employment at a principal real estate firm, real estate brokerage, or real estate investment bank.
  • Strong financial modeling experience including proficiency in Argus (candidates should expect to be tested).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Some travel required
