Job Description
Originally established in 1952, we are a multifamily property management firm with over 5,000 affordable and market rate units in 13 states. We are currently seeking an experienced property management professional to work out of our corporate office with our executive team to upgrade our operational platform and spearhead the leadership of our property management personnel.


  • Improve and develop infrastructure to support property management of owned portfolio and third party properties
  • Support senior management in securing new third party property management engagements
  • Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite multifamily property management teams
  • Achieve income and expense goals
  • Monitor resident retention and provide proactive customer service
  • Oversee weekly, monthly and annual reporting
  • Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC and investor requirements
  • Able to travel regularly


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Strong experience as a property management executive in the multifamily industry
  • Proactive approach to property management
  • Highly responsive and strong communicator
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Budget execution and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of property management software and bookkeeping (Yardi and QuickBooks)
  • Operational experience with property management company preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of HUD and LIHTC requirements preferred
  • An individual with strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Diligent work ethic with a positive attitude
